Drum locking rings, drum clamp rings and hoop clamps for 20L, 20–50L and 200L / 55-gallon steel and plastic drums. Available with square, pin, bolt and overlapping lock structures to match different drum rims, lids and handling requirements.
Standard and custom clamp ring assemblies are available with matching lids. Send us your drum capacity, outside diameter, rim profile, ring width and lock style, or provide a drawing or sample, so we can evaluate a suitable standard or custom option.
Standard and custom drum clamp rings with multiple lock structures, material options and matching lid support for industrial container applications.
Square, pin, bolt and overlapping lock structures are available to match different drum rims, opening methods and closure requirements.
Options for common 20L, 20–50L and 200L / 55-gallon containers. Exact fit can be evaluated from the drum outside diameter, rim profile and ring dimensions.
Galvanized steel, stainless steel and other material or surface-finish options can be selected according to the application and project requirements.
Locking rings can be evaluated together with matching drum lids to help ensure the ring, lid and container rim are specified as a compatible closure system.

Lock structure should be selected to match the drum rim geometry, lid profile, ring dimensions and required closure method. Several locking structures are available for different drum and pail designs.
A compact locking structure used on selected pail and drum clamp ring designs. Confirm the lock geometry, ring width and rim profile against your existing container, drawing or sample.
A pin-fastened closure structure available on selected drum locking ring assemblies. The appropriate configuration should be confirmed from the drum rim, lid profile and required opening method.
A bolt-tightened drum locking ring that allows mechanical tightening of the clamp around the lid and drum rim. Ring dimensions and bolt configuration should be matched to the complete drum closure assembly.
An overlapping ring-end structure used on selected clamp ring designs. The overlap, fastening arrangement and ring profile should be confirmed from the container dimensions, drawing or sample.

Drum locking rings and clamp rings are used across industrial container applications where the ring, lid, rim profile, material and closure requirements need to be matched as a complete system.
For chemical packaging projects, confirm the drum type, lid and gasket system, material requirements and any applicable transport or packaging standards before selecting the locking ring.
Clamp ring options for removable-lid drums used for paints, inks and coatings. Specify the drum capacity, rim profile, lid design and required closure method for matching.
For food-ingredient packaging projects, provide the required material, surface treatment and applicable compliance requirements so the ring and matching lid specification can be evaluated.
Locking ring assemblies for lubricant, grease and oil packaging projects. Drum dimensions, lid profile and gasket requirements should be confirmed together when selecting the closure.
For fertilizer and other agricultural-product packaging, confirm the container dimensions, material compatibility and any applicable packaging requirements before specifying the clamp ring.
For general bulk storage and transport drums, select the locking ring according to container capacity, rim geometry, lid profile, handling method and required closure structure.
For projects that do not match our standard sizes, we can evaluate custom drum locking rings and hoop clamps based on your container dimensions, rim profile, lock structure, material and matching lid requirements.
Non-standard ring diameters and dimensions can be evaluated from your drawing, container measurements or physical sample.
Square, pin, bolt, overlapping and other project-specific lock configurations can be evaluated according to the drum rim, lid design and required closure method.
Locking rings can be evaluated together with matching drum or pail lids. Share the lid profile, rim dimensions and any gasket requirements when available.
Galvanized steel, stainless steel and other material or surface-finish options can be evaluated according to the application, required specification and order quantity.

The current range covers common 20L, 20–50L and 200L / 55-gallon container applications. Exact fit should be confirmed from the drum rim profile, outside diameter and ring dimensions.
Square, pin, bolt and overlapping lock structures are available. The appropriate configuration should be selected according to the drum rim, lid profile, ring dimensions and required closure method.
Yes. Send the drum capacity, outside diameter, rim profile, ring width and clear photos, drawing or physical sample so the closest standard or custom option can be evaluated.
For UN/DOT-rated drum packaging, the locking ring should be specified as part of the complete drum closure system. We can evaluate rings based on your drum specification, drawing or sample, but the locking ring alone should not be treated as independently UN/DOT certified.
Please provide the drum capacity, outside diameter, rim profile, ring width, lock structure, material or finish requirements and order quantity. A drawing, clear photos or a physical sample can also help us evaluate the closest standard or custom option.
Send us your drum capacity, outside diameter, rim profile, lock style, material requirements and order quantity. Drawings, photos or samples are welcome for standard or custom locking ring evaluation.
